All Products will be securely packaged and ship in a pallet. The freight company will deliver the product to curbside only. All Shipping is done by third-party companies and scheduling deliveries will be scheduled by the freight company.  
Maderra has no control or guarantee over expected delivery dates or times given that third party companies are used for shipping. 

Upon delivery, you are responsible to inspect the product entirety for any defects or damages borfore the delivery drives leaves. If you determine that the product is damaged or defective, you need to list all the damages on the “Bill of Lading” and reject the delivery

Note: Given length and height shipping restrictions by freight companies, products and creates that are taller than 96", may be shipped out unassembled. All prehand door frame / products are painted as one unit and will be dissembled for shipping, which may cause some of the paint to be chip off the corners.

Shipment Terms

Curbside Delivery Policy: All deliveries from Maderra are curbside deliveries only. This means that delivery drivers will not bring units inside the property, perform white-glove services, or assist with unpacking or setup. All bed units are crated for shipping, with crate dimensions approximately of 96" Lenght x 47" Wide and 50" Tall. Crate will weight approximately 800-1500 LBS depending on the product. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the necessary help is available to bring the unit inside the property and to arrange any inside delivery services.

Maderra can arrange for white-glove or inside delivery at an additional cost, but this service is not included in the purchase price. If you would like to explore this option, please contact us prior to your delivery.

Shipping Details:

• All products are securely packaged and shipped on pallets.

• Shipping is handled by third-party freight companies.

• The freight company is responsible for scheduling the delivery date and time.

Delivery Scheduling and Control: Maderra does not have control over or provide guarantees on delivery dates or times due to the use of third-party shipping companies. Any delays or scheduling issues are managed by the freight company.

Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the product thoroughly for any defects or damages before the delivery driver leaves. If you find any damage or defects, you must:

1. Document all issues on the Bill of Lading.

2. Reject the delivery if necessary.

Failure to inspect the product or report damages at the time of delivery may result in denied damage claims.

Crating and Assembly Details: Due to freight shipping restrictions on height and length, any products or crates taller than 96 inches may be shipped unassembled to avoid damages. Products that are painted and during shipment  may incur minor paint chipping . Please note that any touch-up painting required will be the customer’s responsibility.

Additional Delivery Limitations: Freight companies may face challenges delivering to certain areas due to weight restrictions or the size of the cargo. For cargo that is 96 inches or longer, delivery may not be possible via lift gate.

If the freight company cannot deliver to your designated address due to these restrictions, you will be responsible for arranging pickup of the cargo from the nearest terminal at your own expense.

Unloading Assistance: The customer is responsible for assisting with the unloading of the cargo from the delivery truck. If additional help is needed, you must arrange for this assistance yourself. To avoid additional charges or delivery issues, we strongly recommend contacting us before making your purchase to confirm delivery feasibility in your area.
